I’m excited to share that
and I are launching a new company: Conscious Talent! ✨The vision is simple. Let’s turn work into a vehicle for consciousness evolution.
(PS: Right Hand Talent isn’t going anywhere : )) In fact, it’s thriving. And this success surfaced an unexpected pattern.
Clients kept asking for the same, almost secret ingredient: “Find us leaders who can help us scale and still meet themselves on the inside.” Resumes told us where people had worked but they told us nothing about how people worked…with themselves, with others, with the world. And so Conscious Talent was born.
Conscious Talent is an executive talent network and partner that connects conscious leaders and visionary companies who value both professional excellence and deep inner work.
When I imagine talent acquisition 100 years from now, I don’t picture smarter algorithms with zero humans (or humanity) in the loop.I picture something quieter and more profound: two people recognizing the same spark in each other, and the unmistakable sense that who we are becoming matters as much as what we can do. Technology will take over the repetitive and the measurable, but what will remain uniquely human is presence, empathy, integrity, and for many, a commitment to inner work.
The compartmentalized way of working that so many of us have put up with may have served us once upon a time, but it no longer feels aligned to the current shift in human consciousness that is happening right now. Conscious Talent was created to support a new paradigm for how we work, lead, and grow.
It’s time to play a new game, where we collectively learn how to weave our inner and outer worlds together, as we build our careers and companies. Your career should represent the fullest expression of your being, not the most tempered one.
